DOMIMA real estate consulting is the continuation of “δόμημα” building constructions. From 1997 to 2013, it constructed and sold over 120 houses, shops, and office buildings in Alexandroupoli and Komotini, managing projects ranging from €1 to €5.5 million. It is a member of the Hellenic Association of Building Constructors.
By coordinating a team of companies, engineers, and institutes, it built the first ecological building in Greece, which gained wide publicity as an innovation. The building was presented at the International Conference and EXPO “The Mediterranean city on the way to sustainable development: Environmental Quality and Health, urban management and real-estate sustainability” in Athens in 2008, which served as the pre-conference to the global SD-MED congress, under the auspices of the French Embassy and the UBIFRANCE Network.
The techniques and materials chosen for that project were later implemented in subsequent constructions. DOMIMA continues to maintain its team of partners and companies, and its experience is available to clients who wish to build or renovate their property, undertaking the design, permits, construction, and project management in accordance with Greek legislation and the client’s preferences.
